There is no contact form on this page, and that is deliberate. A form would send your name, your message and your IP address to a server and store them. This site collects nothing, and adding a form would break that. Email and post reach us just as well.
By email
This address reaches the editorial team and the publisher. Use it for corrections, for questions about the content, for data-protection requests under the GDPR, for press enquiries and for legal notices. We aim to reply to editorial correspondence within five working days, and we answer data-protection requests within the one-month period set by Article 12(3) GDPR.

What we cannot help with
We are a publisher, not a reseller. We cannot cancel a subscription, issue a refund, reset a password, recover an account or provide technical support for any product discussed on this site. Those requests have to go to the company you bought from, and going through us will only delay them.
Corrections
If something on this site is wrong, tell us. Point at the page and the sentence, and say what you believe the correct position is. We would rather be corrected by a reader than leave an error standing. How we handle corrections is set out in the editorial policy.
What happens to your email
If you write to us, we hold your message and your address for as long as we need to deal with what you raised, and no longer. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not pass your address to any advertiser or partner, and we do not use it for anything except answering you. See the privacy policy.
